VR headset study

Consider factors such as the distance between the lens and screen (45 mm, 48 mm, 52 mm, and 58 mm), heat dissipation, face cushion design, head straps, console connection, and adjustment features.

For reference, the Meta Quest 2 device weighs 503 grams and dimensions of 191.5 x 102 x 142.5 mm

Nintendo handheld study

Nintendo is special because you can play anywhere; on your TV, in your hands, or on a table with friends. Its removable Joy-Con controllers make multiplayer easy, and has a cult-following for many of its games. It’s portable, flexible, and perfect for gaming at home or on the go.

The Nintendo Switch is approximately 4 in high, 9.5 in long, and 0.55 in deep.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is approximately 4.5 in high, 10.7 in long, and 0.55 in deep.

Portability

Nintendo's family product line mainly consists of portable console that users can take where ever they go. In their most recent product, the Nintendo Switch, they were able to create something unique that stands out from their competitors. They were able to create a console that connects to your TV and a portable handheld device in one. My goal is to implement that same idea into a new product that includes virtual and augmented reality.

Its modular, portable build invites everyone—from casual players to lifelong fans—to step effortlessly into new worlds of interactive entertainment. The lightweight, adjustable fit ensures all-day comfort with ease.
